Pluno is seeking an AI & Backend Engineer to join our product and AI teams. You’ll own end-to-end features across the full stack, shaping AI-powered capabilities and scaling architectures that power our agents. This role matters because you’ll push the boundaries of current-gen AI systems to deliver robust, scalable solutions for our users.
Pluno builds the first autonomous AI customer support team that handles every customer interaction, escalates intelligently, and routes to the right people. Based in Munich, it serves 100+ brands including AAVE, Dune, and Scroll, answering over 1 million questions annually.
