About this role
Meow is seeking a highly-driven Full Stack Engineer to reform a 1,000 year old industry. You’ll join a small, ambitious team aiming to ship impactful products that matter, with opportunities to own the product from idea to launch and beyond. The ideal candidate has 2-7 (2-9) years of experience and a balance of product judgment and technical execution.
What youll do
- Develop end-to-end full-stack web features from concept to production.
- Integrate third-party APIs and design robust state machines.
- Own projects from ideation through launch and ongoing iteration.
- Maintain high quality standards and accountability across the team.
What Meow is looking for
- 2-9 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Experience delivering software in fintech or regulated industries.
- Strong background building web applications.
- Demonstrated side projects showing initiative to build something.
- Strong CS fundamentals.
- Preferably no big tech outside of Amazon.
- Educational background from reputable programs.
