This role builds production AI agents that automate repetitive work by turning Marble Cognition’s observations into reliable, deployable systems; you’ll work closely with customers to understand their workflows and ship automations that save hours of manual effort. The team values end-to-end ownership and rapid experimentation to find practical, measurable improvements in real-world use cases.

What you'll do

• Turn Marble Cognition observations into AI agents that perform work autonomously.
• Work closely with customers to understand operations and identify automation opportunities.
• Ship automations that replace hours of repetitive tasks and improve user efficiency.
• Own production AI agents end to end: build, deploy, monitor, and improve them.
• Run experiments with new models, techniques, and use cases, benchmark results, and ship what works.

What Marble Cognition is looking for

• Hands-on experience shipping production code and building AI agents.
• Strong Python skills and experience deploying LLMs in production.
• Demonstrated ability to own problems end to end and operate effectively in early-stage teams.
• Comfortable talking to customers to gather requirements and iterate on solutions.
• A product-minded approach to designing AI × Human interfaces and practical automation.
