We are looking for a Founding Engineer to join our team on-site and build core product and technical infrastructure.
What You Will Do
- Build product features and technical product for PE portfolio company customers
- Design and implement data pipelines to convert and aggregate large volumes (1,000+ hours) of video and other unstructured data into a data lake
- Integrate LLM/VLM pipelines into product workflows
- Develop full-stack components using Python and FastAPI
- Collaborate with customers (PE portfolio company teams) to map processes and identify automation opportunities
- Support land-and-expand strategy by enabling scalable integrations
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI
- Experience with LLMs, VLMs, or other AI/ML model integration
- Data engineering skills, especially with video processing and unstructured data pipelines
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to wear many hats in a founding team
- Comfort working directly with enterprise customers to understand and solve their problems
This is an on-site founding role with significant ownership and impact.
