Founding Engineer

Marble AI is building the future of work by cloning expertise, not replacing people. We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to join on-site and help build core product and technical infrastructure for enterprise customers, enabling automation of repetitive tasks and unlocking higher-value work. This is a founding role with significant ownership and impact.

What youll do

• Build product features and technical product for customers
• Design and implement data pipelines to convert and aggregate 1000+ hours of video and other unstructured data into a data lake
• Integrate LLM/VLM pipelines into product workflows
• Develop full-stack components using Python and FastAPI
• Collaborate with customers (PE portfolio company teams) to map processes and identify automation opportunities
• Support land-and-expand strategy by enabling scalable integrations

What Marble AI is looking for

• 3+ years of engineering experience, including full-stack work
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience building production-ready RESTful APIs using FastAPI in scalable systems
• Experience with LLMs, VLMs, or other AI/ML model integration in production pipelines
• Data engineering skills, especially with video processing and unstructured data pipelines
• Early-stage startup experience and the ability to own product direction as a core founder-level contributor
• Strong written and verbal communication with demonstrated collaboration across small, cross-functional teams
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers to understand and solve their problems
• Touchpoints with infrastructure, cloud, and deployment

This role is on-site and offers significant ownership and impact within the founding team.
