Your mission
Your mission is to turn real-world tax advisory work into executable systems.
Tax firms donʼt fail because of bad UI.
They fail because workflows evolved over decades and were never designed as systems.
You will deeply understand how tax advisors actually work — and rebuild those workflows into scalable, reliable, digital processes.
This is foundational work. The processes you design will define:
how work moves through tax firms day to day
where automation creates real leverage (and where it doesnʼt)
how reliably complex, regulated workflows can scale across dozens of firms
At Limetax, process is the product — and you own it end-to-end.
How your day-to-day will look
Analyze workflows across accounting, payroll, reporting, and client communication
Identify bottlenecks, handovers, failure modes, and unnecessary manual work
Rapidly design and build MEPs / MVPs to automate and validate workflowsTech JDs3
Implement workflow systems using n8n, Temporal, or custom backend services
Collaborate closely with tax advisors and engineers in tight feedback loops
Own the transition from prototype → hardened production workflow
Decide deliberately when UI matters — and when itʼs just an implementation detail
