About This Role
As an Platform Engineer at Langdock, you will play a key role in building and maintaining the backbone of our enterprise AI platform. In this full-time, on-site position at our Berlin headquarters, you’ll contribute to our deployment infrastructure and lead integrations with customer cloud environments. You’ll work hands-on with the latest cloud and container technologies, ensuring our platform runs reliably and securely for some of Europe’s top enterprises. This role is ideal for someone passionate about cloud operations, automation, and supporting real-world AI deployments at scale. You’ll be responsible for deploying our platform to customer clouds (Azure, AWS, GCP, OpenShift), automating infrastructure with modern tools, and collaborating directly with customer IT teams. Native-level or B2 German language skills are required, as you’ll frequently communicate with customers, whose primary language is sometimes German.

What you'll do
- Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment
- Deploy and maintain our platform across multiple customer cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure, OpenShift)
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep)
- Monitor and optimize application performance and infrastructure costs
- Ensure security and compliance across different cloud environments
- Collaborate with Product Engineers to support new feature deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues
- Document deployment processes and maintain runbooks for different environments
