Langdock is driving AI-led transformation for enterprise customers. In this role, you’ll own strategic relationships, guide large organizations through adoption and expansion, and partner with Solutions Engineering and Product to translate customer needs into real value. You’ll use Langdock’s AI-powered tools to manage your book and influence product direction while delivering measurable outcomes for 7,000+ organizations.

What you’ll do

• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts focusing on retention, adoption, and expansion.
• Build structured account plans with stakeholder maps, health assessments, growth opportunities, and risk mitigation.
• Run strategic customer conversations—QBRs and executive reviews—grounded in data and outcomes.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities across users, use cases, and deployment scope.
• Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and build multi-threaded relationships.
• Work cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Sales to translate customer needs into action.
• Build AI agents and automated workflows to manage your book of business, eliminating manual work.
• Be the voice of the customer internally while aligning with Langdock’s product direction.
• Be 100% on-site in our Berlin office (Greifswalder Strasse 212).
• Thrive in a small team with high ownership, calm urgency, ambitious execution, and caring ownership.

What Langdock is looking for

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with enterprise customers (Account Management, Customer Success, or consultative post-sales).
• Experience with real technical products and driving adoption in complex organizations; comfortable with AI capabilities.
• Strong commercial mindset; proven ability to manage renewals and expansions across multi-stakeholder environments.
• Hands-on experience creating agents, automating workflows, and using AI to reduce manual work.
• Ability to talk credibly about model selection, data privacy, and integration architectures with technical stakeholders.
• Strategic, data-driven, and able to turn CRM data and health signals into decisions; a trusted advisor, not an order taker.
• Fluent in German (C1+) and English.
• Strong CS fundamentals.
• 100% on-site in Berlin.
• Bonus: experience at an AI-native company, technical consulting (e.g., QuantumBlack), or an early-stage startup; founder or early-employee experience is a plus.
