Enterprise Account Manager - m/f/d
About this role
This role guides enterprise customers through AI transformation by owning a book of business, driving adoption, retention, and expansion, and using Langdock’s product to automate and scale outcomes. You’ll work closely with Solutions Engineering and Product, influence what we build next, and directly shape how 7,000+ organizations experience AI.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and be accountable for retention, adoption, and expansion.
- Build structured account plans including stakeholder maps, health assessments, and risk mitigation.
- Run strategic customer conversations such as QBRs and executive business reviews grounded in data and outcomes.
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities across users, use cases, and deployment scope.
- Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes to find champions and manage blockers.
- Work cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Sales to translate customer needs into action.
- Build AI agents and automated workflows to manage your book of business and eliminate manual work.
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer while aligning with Langdock’s product direction.
- Operate 100% on-site from our Berlin office and contribute in a small team with high ownership.
- Maintain calm urgency, ambitious execution, and caring ownership in day-to-day work.
What Langdock is looking for
- 5+ years in a customer-facing role with enterprise customers (Account Management, Customer Success, or consultative post-sales).
- Experience with real technical products and driving adoption in complex organizations.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven success in renewal and expansion conversations.
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and build relationships from end users to C-level.
- Hands-on experience building agents, automating workflows, and using AI to replace manual effort.
- Technical credibility to discuss model selection, data privacy, and integration architectures with stakeholders.
- Strategic, data-driven approach using CRM data, usage signals, and health scores to drive decisions.
- Trusted advisor mindset who pushes back constructively and takes ownership of their book of business.
- Fluency in German (C1+) and English.
- Bonus: background at an AI-native company, technical consulting, or early-stage startup; founder/early-employee experience is a plus.
