Brand Design
About this role
This role owns the Langdock brand across digital and physical touchpoints, shaping how people experience the company from website to merch to event spaces. You’ll join a small team with creative latitude to define launch moments, keep the product visually sharp, and ensure every detail earns trust.
What you'll do
- Own and evolve the design system, maintaining components, tokens, and visual patterns for reuse.
- Design high-quality merch and brief suppliers, iterate on samples, and make decisions about materials and quality.
- Shape physical spaces including the office, event setups, and conference booths to craft intentional experiences.
- Lead special creative projects end-to-end, from launch moments to one-off collaborations.
- Maintain the website’s visual and frontend quality, shipping production-ready updates without a ticket queue.
- Move fluidly between Figma, briefs, and vendors while keeping projects moving forward.
- Treat brand as a complete experience, aligning objects, spaces, and screens with a cohesive point of view.
- Act with creative ownership and rapid feedback loops to see the impact of your work quickly.
What Langdock is looking for
- Proven experience owning and evolving a design system and building reusable visual patterns.
- Strong Figma skills and comfort working in code to ship designs in production.
- Demonstrated ability designing physical artifacts and merch that feel intentional and desirable.
- Experience shaping spatial design for offices, events, or exhibitions.
- Track record leading high-visibility creative projects end-to-end.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to define briefs when none exist.
- Practical use of AI tools to accelerate work without sacrificing quality.
- Collaborative, kind, and able to defend design decisions with clear taste and rigor.
