About this role
Join Known as a Strategy and Operations Fellow to own the critical growth initiatives that will define the company’s next phase. You’ll partner directly with the founders and work alongside a high-performing team of engineers from companies like Uber and Afterpay, helping scale this pioneering AI voice matchmaking platform from seed round to nationwide launch.
What youll do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to scale Known to 100, 000 users.
- Lead sourcing and hiring efforts for Known’s founding team.
- Collaborate directly with founders and engineering to implement user feedback.
- Drive growth initiatives that support Known’s expansion from seed stage to nationwide launch.
- Partner with founders to prioritize and execute projects that accelerate nationwide scaling.
What Known is looking for
- 1–4 years of experience in early-stage startups, consulting, investment banking, or similar high-performance environments.
- Experience designing or leading go-to-market strategies to scale user growth.
- Demonstrated ability to source and hire founding team members.
- Proven ability to collaborate with founders and engineering to implement user feedback.
- Systems-minded operator who embraces ambiguity and takes ownership of key growth outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
