About this role

Judgment Labs is seeking a Product Engineer with 2+ years of experience to help build high-taste products for self-learning agents. This role sits at the intersection of design and engineering to scale the product for customer demand while preserving an exceptional user experience in the AI agent space. You’ll collaborate with designers and engage with customers to improve agent behavior and deliver features that are powerful and delightful to use.

What youll do

  • Collaborate with designers to build new features and refine user flows based on customer feedback.
  • Engage with customers to understand needs, gather feedback, and pitch new features.
  • Develop core product features across the front-end and back-end, including database work.
  • Experiment with new features and technologies, conduct quick demos for the team, and build out promising solutions.
  • Contribute to product design reviews to ensure a high-quality and intuitive user experience.

What Judgment Labs is looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Experience at a product-first or agent-native/AI-focused tech company.
  • Experience across the stack, including front-end and back-end development.
  • Strong CS fundamentals.
  • Front-end leaning experience a plus.
  • Experience working in product or full-stack engineering at tech startups (Seed to Series E).
  • Proficiency in TypeScript.
