Go-To-Market associate
About this role
This role is an early-stage Go-To-Market associate who will own top-of-funnel generation and stay close to deployments to learn how customers derive value, working directly with the Cofounder and CEO on high-priority commercial initiatives. You’ll join a small, fast-moving team engaging with senior leaders at banks, PSPs, and fintechs, helping shape GTM motions and customer success as the business scales.
What youll do
- Own cold calling and outbound prospecting to drive daily dials, personalization, and qualified meeting bookings.
- Support deployment strategy and customer success by assisting pilots, joining demos/onboarding, and capturing feedback.
- Manage funnel and GTM operations, including CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and experiment tracking.
- Build and maintain AI automations for sequencing and support clean handoffs between teams.
- Run outreach tied to events, conferences, and community/network channels where relevant.
- Sit in on customer calls and demos to identify pain points and surface product insights.
- Drive expansion of use cases and help move trial customers toward conversion.
- Implement processes and systems that scale commercial operations as Diligent grows.
What Diligent is looking for
- 1–2 years’ experience in a high-paced environment (VC-backed startup, tech sales, banking, or management consulting) or equivalent demonstrated impact (tier‑1 university + activities or a meaningful side hustle).
- Experience engaging with enterprise customers through sales, consulting, or banking roles.
- Strong commercial instincts with demonstrated ownership, structured thinking, and high emotional intelligence.
- Comfortable working in-person 5 days a week from the office near Waterloo St in London.
- Hungry, curious, and able to operate autonomously as an extension of the founding team.
