Founding GTM
About this role
GenPeach AI is looking for a Founding GTM Lead to own end-to-end go-to-market execution for professional creatives, working closely with the founding team to turn product capability into commercial traction and build the repeatable GTM playbook. This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy founding role that will shape early customer relationships, feedback loops, and positioning for our GenAI creative product.
What youll do
- Own early go-to-market execution across community, content, partnerships, and targeted outreach.
- Build and manage relationships with design partners and early customers in creator, studio, and agency segments.
- Recruit and organize participants for ongoing product research and testing.
- Drive early commercial conversations, demos, pilots, and structured channels for market feedback.
- Collaborate with product leadership on positioning, messaging, ICP, and pricing.
- Provide clear, structured market feedback to accelerate product decision-making.
- Track the competitive landscape of GenAI creative tools, workflows, and user expectations.
- Represent GenPeach externally with credibility, strong EQ, and confident storytelling.
What GenPeach AI is looking for
- 4–8+ years in GTM, partnerships, growth, or client-facing roles at startups or fast-moving environments.
- Proven experience in at least one motion: B2B partnerships/sales (pilots, early deals) and/or B2C growth (community/creator funnels).
- At least 3+ years serving professional creatives at creative tools companies, agencies, creator platforms, or production studios.
- 1–2+ years hands-on exposure to GenAI products and workflows; comfortable using AI tools as part of daily GTM.
- Full-cycle sales experience: discovery, demo, negotiation, close, and building CRM/outbound sequences from scratch.
- Strong customer-facing skills, execution-driven mindset, and ability to operate independently in ambiguous, early-stage settings.
- Comfortable selling something still being built, fast-paced communication, and taking ownership beyond a job description.
- Location: US-based (NY preferred) or Zurich/Warsaw; remote-friendly with occasional travel; visa sponsorship where applicable.
