The forklift operator is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, loading, and stacking of materials within the warehouse. They must also perform daily equipment inspections and maintain accurate documentation of inventory movements.
Candidates must have proven experience as a forklift operator and hold a valid certification or license. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the physical ability to handle heavy loads.

Responsabilidades del Puesto
Operar montacargas de forma segura y eficiente para cargar, descargar, mover y apilar materiales y productos.
Realizar inspecciones diarias del montacargas antes de cada turno y reportar cualquier falla o necesidad de mantenimiento.
Asegurar la correcta identificación y ubicación de los materiales en el almacén.
Cargar y descargar camiones y contenedores, verificando la integridad de la carga.
Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada.
Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad y procedimientos operativos estándar.
Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para asegurar un flujo de trabajo eficiente.
Registrar y documentar los movimientos de inventario según sea necesario.
Calificaciones del Puesto
Experiencia comprobable como montacarguista.
Certificación válida para operar montacargas (licencia o permiso).
Habilidad para operar diferentes tipos de montacargas (ej. de combustión, eléctricos, de alcance).
Conocimiento de las normas de seguridad y los procedimientos de operación de montacargas.
Capacidad para levantar cargas pesadas y trabajar en un entorno físico.
Atención al detalle y buenas habilidades organizativas.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos y horas extras si es necesario.
* Educación secundaria completada o equivalente.
