Responsible for the setup, preparation, and operation of CNC turning and milling machines to produce individual and series precision parts. Tasks include monitoring manufacturing processes, performing quality control, and troubleshooting machine and automation issues.
Requires completed training as a metal technician with a focus on machining technology and professional experience with modern CNC machines. Candidates must be proficient in reading technical drawings and possess a strong sense of quality and reliability.

27 hours per week – from Friday evening to Monday morning:
Workday Fri–Sat (8:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.)
Workday Sat–Sun (8:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.)
Workday Sun–Mon (10:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.)
In addition to the regular salary and statutory bonuses, a voluntary flexibility bonus of €1,250 per month will be paid.
We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2.900 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
