We are currently seeking a Demi Chef de Partie (Peruvian) to join our vibrant team.  At Radisson Dubai Damac Hills, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

As a Demi Chef de Partie (Peruvian), you infuse our culinary team with a fresh wave of creativity, an insatiable appetite for learning, and a burning passion for the artistry of gastronomy.

• Supports the smooth running of the kitchen department, where all aspects of the guest dining experience throughout the whole Hotel are delivered to the highest level.
• Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to enquiries and problem resolution.
• Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
• Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved.
• Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Peruvian dishes according to recipes and hotel standards.
• Assist the CDP in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section.
• Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all food items in accordance with hygiene standards.
• Support in minimizing food wastage and maintaining cost control.
• Follow all health, safety, and HACCP procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with other kitchen and service team members.
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff when required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary package - AED 2,500
• Language Allowance - AED 350
• Service Charge Average - AED 700
• Accommodation and transportation provided (Al Khail Gate)

• Previous experience in Peruvian cuisine within hotels or restaurants is essential.
• Good knowledge of authentic Peruvian cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
• Fluent English communication skills are required; Spanish language skills will be highly preferred.
• Culinary certification or relevant hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong teamwork and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Candidates familiar with traditional Peruvian hospitality and dining standards will be highly preferred.
