Your Role
A Guidewire Test Lead/Manager drives end-to-end QA for Guidewire applications using Playwright, ensuring high-quality delivery across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.

Test Strategy & Planning: Define test strategies and automation approach aligned with project goals
Automation & Tools: Build and maintain Playwright-based frameworks
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor QA teams, ensuring delivery excellence
Execution & Monitoring: Oversee test cycles, track progress, and meet timelines
Defect Management: Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution
Stakeholder Communication: Share quality metrics, risks, and release readiness
Continuous Improvement: Enhance QA through automation and process improvements

Your Profile

Experience: 9–12 years in QA with Guidewire and Playwright expertise
Guidewire: Hands-on with PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter
Automation: Strong Playwright automation framework experience
Leadership: Proven QA team management experience
Stakeholder Management: Strong communication across cross-functional teams
Agile: Experience in Agile with CI/CD practices
Core Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication
