As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly across various systems and applications. Utilizing modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, the engineer ensures that solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture and landscape management within SAP environments.
- Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system monitoring to maintain optimal system health.
- Familiarity with database management and backup strategies related to SAP systems.
- Ability to manage system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption.
- Skilled in automation and scripting to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
