Une occasion stimulante se présente pour un individu qualifié en tant que Superviseur des Systèmes au sein de notre équipe éminente. Les responsabilités associées à ce poste sont les suivantes :
Surveillance des systèmes à l’aide d’outils de monitoring
Analyse des alertes systèmes et opérationnelles, avec une intervention de première ligne pour leur résolution
Implémentation et suivi des activités opérationnelles
Identification et diagnostic des incidents ; application des procédures d’escalade et d’astreinte
Gestion des demandes clients avec une communication adaptée et contribution au reporting opérationnel
Priorisation des actions en conformité avec les SLA contractuels
Création et mise à jour de la documentation relative aux environnements clients et aux outils d’administration
Participation au Service Desk en dehors des heures de bureau (réception d’appels, suivi des tickets, coordination d’astreintes)
Le lieu et horaire du poste
Vous travaillerez en rotation sur des shifts de 8h (06h–14h | 14h–22h | 22h–06h) ou en journée selon le planning, avec participation à une astreinte d’équipe. Le poste est basé au Luxembourg, sur plusieurs sites ainsi que dans nos datacenters les week-ends pendant les nuits et jours fériés.
Les critères requis pour le poste sont les suivants :
Être détenteur d'un diplôme de niveau Bac à Bac+2 en Informatique
Justifier d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins deux années dans une fonction similaire
Être en possession du permis B, valide au Luxembourg
Posséder des connaissances approfondies en systèmes, réseaux, télécommunications et sécurité, incluant notamment Windows, Linux, Backup/Storage/Virtualisation.
Toute certification constitue un avantage supplémentaire
Maîtriser les bonnes pratiques ITIL
Démontrer des aptitudes relationnelles, un sens du service et d'excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et orale)
Faire preuve de proactivité, d'autonomie et d'esprit d'équipe
Avoir une excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ; la connaissance de l'allemand et/ou du luxembourgeois est un atout
