Requires a degree in food technology, chemistry, or food engineering with over 10 years of experience in food products, preferably confectionery. Must possess strong project management skills and be available for international travel approximately 40% of the time.
The new resource will manage global multiple projects of varying complexity, from formulation development to industrial line design & line start up and ensures on-time and on-budget delivery, supervise the overall goodness of the product&process concerning the assigned category and build and maintain technical know-how for the category assigned.
The position offers a gross annual salary starting from €70,000. Additional compensation and company benefits may also apply and will be discussed and defined during the selection process and on an individual basis.
