The Maintenance Methods Technician is responsible for planning and scheduling preventive maintenance to ensure equipment availability and operational efficiency. They also manage external interventions, analyze failure causes, and drive continuous improvement projects within the industrial environment.
Candidates must hold a technician diploma or a Bachelor's degree in industrial systems with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in the watchmaking sector. Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, along with experience in CMMS software like SAP, is required.
Dans le cadre de cette fonction, rattachée à notre Division Méthodes, vous contribuez activement à la bonne disponibilité de l’ensemble des équipements en garantissant la bonne réalisation du plan de maintenance préventive tout en veillant à une adéquation constante entre la charge et la capacité des activités concernées.
- Planifier / ordonnancer l'ensemble des maintenances préventives en collaboration avec les services de production.
- Lancer les commandes de prestation et préparer les dossiers techniques pour un déroulement efficace des interventions.
- Piloter les interventions externes sur le terrain et mettre à jour les rapports d'intervention.
- Analyser les causes de défaillances et faire évoluer les gammes de maintenance préventives (opérations, article, etc.).
- Collaborer avec les services supports en participant aux actions et projets de fiabilisation équipement.
- Gérer des actions d'amélioration continue pour l'activité.
- Diplôme de Technicien ES ou Bachelor en systèmes industrielles ou titre jugé équivalent en maintenance industrielle.
- 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine industriel idéalement dans le secteur horloger.
- Bonnes connaissances des domaines mécanique, électrique, pneumatique et informatique.
- Très bonne connaissances des outils qualité et de résolution de problème.
- Bonne connaissance d’un logiciel GMAO, idéalement SAP.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (MS Office).
- Bonne maîtrise de la communication avec des clients internes et fournisseurs.
- Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
- Sens de l’organisation.
- Excellent sens relationnel et diplomatie.
- Rigueur et précision.
