Job Responsibilities:
Manage and organize production-related documentation, including work orders, production schedules, and material requisitions.
Maintain accurate records of production data, such as output, quality control checks, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with various departments, including supply chain, quality control, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
Assist in scheduling and tracking production activities, identifying potential delays, and escalating issues to the production manager.
Prepare and distribute reports on production performance, efficiency, and material usage.
Process purchase requisitions for production supplies and equipment, ensuring adherence to budget and company policies.
Support the production team with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and communication.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures within the production environment.
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is desirable.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
