We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator to develop engaging, high-quality visual and digital content across our hospitality, leisure, and lifestyle brands. The role will be responsible for bringing each brand to life through compelling photography, videography, short-form videos, and social media content, while ensuring consistency with brand standards and marketing objectives.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, trend-driven, hands-on, and able to capture real-time experiences while transforming them into content that drives engagement, strengthens brand positioning, and inspires audiences.
Content Production & Creative Development
Conceptualise, produce, edit, and deliver high-quality photo and video content across Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North, Meryal Waterpark, Azure Beach Doha, restaurants, spa and wellness, retail, entertainment, and other associated venues.
Create compelling visual stories for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertising, PR, sales collateral, events, and other marketing communications.
Plan and execute photography and video shoots for lifestyle experiences, hospitality, food and beverage, architecture, events, entertainment, waterpark attractions, wellness, sports, and guest experiences.
Own campaign structure, audience architecture, bidding strategy, creative testing and budget pacing; run a continuous A/B and incrementality testing programme across creative, landing pages and offers.
Produce platform-optimised content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels, including Reels, Stories, Shorts, vertical videos, carousels, and campaign assets.
Develop cinematic and engaging video content, including promotional campaigns, brand stories, guest journeys, event coverage, food and beverage content, entertainment, and lifestyle experiences.

Editing & post-production
Edit and post-produce visual content using professional editing and design software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
Apply professional colour correction, cinematic colour grading, sound design, audio editing, motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and platform-specific formatting where required.
Work closely with the Marketing & Communications, Digital Marketing, PR, Food & Beverage, Spa & Recreation, Entertainment, Sales, Operations, and other teams to understand content requirements and deliver projects according to the marketing calendar.
Collaboration & Creative Planning
Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, agencies, influencers, media partners, and other external stakeholders to develop high-quality creative content.
Participate in creative concept development, storyboarding, shot lists, mood boards, and visual direction for campaigns and activations.
Stay up to date with social media trends, visual storytelling techniques, content formats, and emerging digital trends to identify new creative opportunities.
Ensure all visual content is consistent with Rixos and Accor brand guidelines, maintaining a premium and cohesive visual identity across all properties and platforms.
Brand, Asset & Deadline Management
Manage and maintain an organised digital asset library, ensuring photographs, videos, project files, and final assets are properly archived and easily accessible.
Monitor content requirements and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of assets for campaigns, promotions, events, seasonal activations, product launches, press visits, influencer visits, and VIP experiences.
Operate and maintain professional photography, cinematography, lighting, audio, and stabilisation equipment safely and effectively.

Equipment & Multi-Property Production
Support the Marketing & Communications team with additional creative content requirements as needed.
Review content performance and audience engagement insights in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team, using data and platform analytics to identify opportunities for improving content quality, reach, and engagement.
Performance & Creative Innovation
Research and explore new creative techniques, production styles, visual trends, and emerging content formats to continuously enhance the brand’s visual presence and develop innovative content ideas across all properties and platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film Production, Photography, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in content creation, photography, videography, cinematography, or a related creative role, preferably within luxury hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, entertainment, or premium brands.
Strong portfolio demonstrating professional photography, cinematic videography, visual storytelling, and social media content creation.
Proven experience managing multiple creative projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong understanding of photography, cinematography, composition, lighting, colour, visual storytelling, and digital content formats.
Experience creating content specifically for social media and digital marketing platforms. Strong understanding of current social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement.
Ability to work collaboratively with creative, marketing, operational, and external teams.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and events when required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
