The Physical Therapist will assess and evaluate children with developmental delays to develop and implement treatment goals within an Individual Family Service Plan. They will provide community-based, family-focused therapeutic interventions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and caregivers.
Candidates must be registered as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts and have experience working with infants and children aged 0-5. A valid driver's license and a personally owned vehicle are required for travel to community-based appointments.

Eliot is seeking a driven Fee-for-Service Physical Therapist to join our Early Intervention (EI) program which supports children from birth to three years of age with developmental delays or disabilities in the Everett, Malden, and Medford area. Our multidisciplinary team delivers community-based therapeutic interventions using a coaching model with parents and caregivers.
As a Physical Therapist, you will use a hands-on, family-focused approach to services that strives to increase parents’ understanding of their child’s strengths & needs, & supports parents in learning how to foster their child’s growth & development.
Schedule: Varied, 5-25 hours per week available Monday-Friday, between 8am-5:30pm
