Au sein de la Direction Achats Relations Laboratoires, vous êtes rattaché au Responsable des Achats sur les marchés des Dispositifs médicaux, OTC & Parapharmacie. Vous collaborez avec les Directions Juridiques, Logistiques, Ventes et Marketing.
Vous assurez les missions suivantes sur un portefeuille de laboratoires en délégation et en collaboration avec le Négociateur en charge du compte fournisseur :
Gestion Administrative
· Gestion de la vie des produits et de la base de données fournisseurs
· Mise à jour des CGV & conditions d’achats
· Gestion des litiges facturations laboratoires en collaboration avec la comptabilité
· Assurer la préparation des RDV fournisseurs
Mise en place Plan de communication
· Elaborer & proposer les plans Trade marketing annuels ou ponctuels
· Réaliser les devis correspondants
· Assurer la mise en place des opérations marketing en respectant les délais
· Présenter les reporting Trade Marketing
Implémenter et suivre les accords négociés avec les laboratoires
· Assurer les demandes de contrats et suivi de la signature
· Communiquer sur les offres commerciales par segment de marché auprès de la FDV
· Mesurer la performance des offres commerciales clients et la satisfaction clients

Profil :
· BAC +4/ BAC+5 (Ecole de commerce avec spécialisation Achats ou Marketing)
· Sens du relationnel & esprit d’équipe
· Capacité à travailler en transversalité et en équipe
· Organisation, autonomie et rigueur
· Sens du service client
· Maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel et Power Point)
