The Bartender is responsible for preparing cocktails and tailored beverages while providing exceptional service to guests. They must ensure the bar area remains clean, stocked, and welcoming to foster positive guest relationships.
Candidates must possess a current RSA certification and have relevant experience in a similar bar role. Valid working rights in Australia and a self-motivated, can-do attitude are required.

Position Summary:
Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and assist with the bar service period, tending bar and serving food to guests exceeding their expectations
Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests
Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
Welcome and engage with our guests throughout the complete beverage experience
Support the bar team in general operational tasks working closely the food and beverage team
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
About You:

Relevant experience in a similar role
