Operate locomotives safely and efficiently across the Northland network in accordance with the Rail Operating Code and KiwiRail standards. Manage train handling, perform inspections, and maintain accurate digital documentation to support network reliability.
Must hold a recognized New Zealand Locomotive Engineer certification, a current Category 1 medical, and a valid NZ driver's licence. Candidates must be comfortable working a 24/7 rotating roster and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and risk management.
