Facility maintenance technician in Utility responsible for managing various mechanical facilities and their components, including air compressors, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, clean/dry room facilities, HVAC systems, and infrastructure. The role includes tasks such as fueling, replacement, cleaning (including strainer and mud separator cleaning for HVAC systems, chillers, and cooling towers), as well as facility maintenance work such as piping, electrical, and door maintenance. This position is also required to take appropriate measures in case of any malfunction or damage to the facilities.
- Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- HVAC facility maintenance
- Grease HVAC inner fan bearing
- Check HVAC inner sensors and drainage status
- Disassemble and cleanse cool/steam/condensate water line strainers
- Adjust tension of v-belt and replace if needed
- Replace HVAC filter regularly
- Replace HVAC air vent and operate air purge
- Repair and replace HVAC steam trap and PG/TG
- Check BCU differential pressure and replace medium filter
