The Senior Business Analyst will lead the collection, analysis, and prioritization of business and technical requirements for complex digital solutions. They will coordinate stakeholder workshops and collaborate with architects, developers, and UX/UI teams to ensure high-quality project implementation.
Candidates must hold a degree in IT, Engineering, or Management and possess over 5 years of experience in business analysis within complex IT projects. Proficiency in SDLC, Agile methodologies, and documentation tools like Jira and Confluence is required.
