We're looking for an AI Specialist.

This isn't a traditional software engineering role, and it isn't just about using AI tools. We're looking for someone whose first instinct when they have an idea is to open Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or whatever comes next—and start building.

You'll work at the intersection of AI, creativity, and performance marketing, building internal AI solutions that help our Media, Creative, and Marketing teams work faster, create better content, and make smarter decisions.

This is a junior role embedded within our Media department. You'll work side by side with Media Buyers, Creative Strategists, Editors, and Marketers to solve real business problems using AI.

Your users won't be developers. They'll be the people launching campaigns, creating ads, analyzing performance, and growing the business. Your job is to eliminate repetitive work, improve creative workflows, unlock new opportunities, and build solutions that create measurable value for the company.

We move fast, experiment constantly, and believe the goal isn't writing more prompts or more code—it's building AI solutions that people actually use.

If you've ever burned through your Claude token limit because you couldn't stop improving something you were building, you'll fit right in.

 

What You'll Do

• Build internal AI solutions that improve the way our Media and Creative teams work.
• Identify repetitive workflows and turn them into scalable AI powered solutions.
• Prototype, build, launch, and iterate quickly based on real user feedback.
• Work directly with Media Buyers, Creative Strategists, Editors, and Marketers to understand their biggest challenges.
• Build AI assistants, automations, internal web applications, and productivity tools.
• Explore the latest AI models for image, video, audio, and text generation, and identify practical ways to integrate them into creative and marketing workflows.
• Help improve the way creative is generated, tested, analyzed, and optimized.
• Integrate AI models, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms into seamless workflows.
• Continuously explore emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to bring them into the business.
• Own projects end-to-end—from identifying the opportunity to driving adoption and measuring business impact.

You'll have a clear first project to get started on, with the freedom to propose and build your own ideas as you grow.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building products, AI solutions, automations, or web applications using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, Replit, Bolt, Windsurf, or similar.
• Hands-on experience working with generative AI models for image, video, audio, or text.
• Strong interest in creative production and AI-generated content.
• Familiarity with performance marketing concepts such as creative testing, campaign optimization, content production, or ad creative.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to rapidly turn ideas into working solutions.
• Excellent self-learning skills and natural curiosity.
• Fluent Hebrew and good written and spoken English.
