We are looking for a highly talented, hands-on AI Native Creative Specialist to join our Creative department. In this role, you will be a core creative contributor executing high-impact performance ads and digital assets, while leveraging cutting-edge Generative AI tools as an integral part of your daily workflow. You are someone who lives and breathes AI, constantly experimenting with the latest visual and video tools to push creative boundaries, speed up production, and elevate design quality.
Hands-on creative execution- Create high-converting performance ads, social media content, digital marketing assets, and dynamic campaign visuals for global clients.
AI-First Workflow- Fully integrate advanced Gen-AI tools into your daily design and video development process from initial concept, moodboarding, and prompt engineering to generating final high-resolution visual and video assets.
Continuous Innovation- Stay ahead of the curve by testing emerging AI tools, building prompt libraries, and developing creative workflows to optimize production.
Brand & Visual Excellence- Ensure all AI-generated and hand-crafted deliverables meet top-tier visual standards, maintaining exact brand guidelines, strong composition, and compelling storytelling.
Collaborative Knowledge Sharing- Articulate AI techniques and help guide team members on effectively adopting new AI tools and methodologies.
2–3 years of experience as a designer and video specialist in a fast-paced agency or digital environment.
Daily, hands-on experience using a wide spectrum of Generative AI tools for asset design and video development (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Nano Banana, Weave, Higgsfield, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and advanced Prompt Engineering) with a strong background in Motion Design, Video Editing, or Animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
A compelling portfolio demonstrating solid fundamentals in both design (composition, typography, color theory) and video (motion, pacing, editing), applied to digital advertising, alongside clear, high-quality examples of AI-driven creative projects.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, manage tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing project needs.
Ability to work flexible hours to overlap with US time zones and collaborate seamlessly with global teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English to articulate creative concepts, pitch ideas, and document workflows clearly.
Experience or natural aptitude for guiding, explaining, and onboarding others to new tools and AI methodologies.
