Requires a Level 1 Prevention Advisor certification and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in occupational health and safety. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is essential, along with the ability to travel within the BeLux region.

Dans le cadre de notre engagement en matière de santé et de sécurité au travail, nous recherchons un Conseiller en Prévention Niveau 1 pour diriger le Service Interne de Prévention et de Protection au Travail (SIPPT) pour la région BeLux.
En tant que Conseiller en Prévention Niveau 1, vous agirez en tant que Responsable du Service Interne de Prévention et de Protection au Travail (SIPPT) pour la région BeLux. Conformément à la législation belge applicable aux entreprises classées dans le Groupe de Prévention A, vous exercerez une fonction de conseil indépendante et dirigerez toutes les initiatives liées à la santé, à la sécurité et au bien-être au sein de l’entreprise.
• Diriger et structurer le Service Interne de Prévention et de Protection au Travail (SIPPT) pour la région BeLux.
• Garantir la conformité totale avec la législation belge relative au bien-être au travail, les directives européennes et les réglementations luxembourgeoises pertinentes.
• Agir en tant que principal conseiller interne en matière de prévention et de bien-être au travail, en fournissant des conseils objectifs et spécialisés.
• Représenter C&A auprès des autorités, des auditeurs et des organes de dialogue
social, y compris le CPPT et les syndicats.
• Développer, mettre en œuvre et suivre le Plan Global de Prévention (PGP) et le Plan d’Action Annuel (PAA).
• Réaliser et superviser les analyses de risques sur tous les sites et opérations concernés.
• Gérer les sujets liés aux situations de crise, notamment la planification d’urgence, les dossiers liés à l’amiante et la conformité en matière de sécurité des bâtiments.
• Fournir des conseils spécialisés dans tous les domaines du bien-être et de la sécurité au travail.
• Superviser les déclarations d’accidents du travail, les enquêtes et les actions de suivi.
• Coordonner les initiatives de formation en santé et sécurité pour les employés et les équipes de management.
• Garantir des normes cohérentes en matière de santé et sécurité dans les magasins, bureaux et sites logistiques.
• Effectuer des visites de sites, des inspections et des évaluations de conformité dans la région BeLux.
• Collaborer avec les services externes de prévention, les médecins du travail et les experts techniques.
• Fournir des rapports clairs, une documentation et des tableaux de bord liés aux activités de prévention.
• Certification de Conseiller en Prévention Niveau 1
• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente en prévention, santé et sécurité au travail ou bien-être
• Excellente connaissance de la législation belge en matière de prévention et des réglementations européennes en santé et sécurité • Expérience dans un environnement multi-sites
• Excellentes compétences en communication en néerlandais, français et anglais
• Disponibilité pour voyager régulièrement dans la région BeLux
• Solides compétences en conseil et gestion des parties prenantes • Fortes capacités de collaboration et d’influence
