The specialist provides custom countertop estimates, educates customers on products, and manages scheduling and paperwork. They are also responsible for inventory management, showroom maintenance, and processing customer payments.
Candidates should have previous experience in customer service or sales and a willingness to be trained in estimation. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a professional demeanor are required.
Handle customer inquiries
Provide estimates to customers
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Order materials and maintaining inventory count
Clean, organize, and maintain showroom displays
Track, order, and prepare samples
Data entry as needed
General administrative tasks
Process customer payments
Additional responsibilities as needed
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Willing to trained in Estimation
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
