We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage order processing and deliver exceptional support for AMT's global customers. In this role, you will ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams, resolve issues efficiently, and uphold AMT's high standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Accuracy

• Accurately process and manage customer orders within ERP systems, including SAP or equivalent platforms.
• Validate order details, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure compliance with AMT standards.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records and generate reports to support operational improvements.

Customer Communication & Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and order status updates.
• Build strong customer relationships through timely, professional, and effective communication.
• Proactively resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction and trust.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Sales, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Support inventory verification, shipping coordination, and delivery tracking activities.
• Escalate critical issues as needed and follow through to resolution.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and the customer experience.
• Prepare performance reports and contribute to service-level improvements.
• Support compliance with AMT's global standards and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Two to five years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain-related roles.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems, with SAP experience preferred.

Technical Knowledge

• Knowledge of shipping, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and reporting abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with export documentation and Incoterms.
• Ability to manage high-volume orders and prioritize workload under pressure.
• Knowledge of AMETEK, AMT products, or related technical industries.
