Business Operations Manager (f/m/x)

This hands-on Business Operations Manager will keep EVANIUM’s day-to-day operations running smoothly by coordinating production, procurement and logistics while supporting administrative and financial tasks; you’ll work closely with a compact internal team and external partners to make sure materials, partners and transports deliver on time. This role is central to operational reliability and continuous improvement across supply chain and production processes.

What youll do

• Ensure productions run on schedule and materials arrive on time.
• Coordinate production planning and monitor associated orders.
• Oversee logistics and maintain visibility on transports and delivery dates from factory to customer.
• Manage procurement of production materials and laboratory equipment.
• Serve as the primary interface to production partners in Europe and global suppliers.
• Handle administrative tasks and provide support in financial areas such as budgets and basic accounting.
• Work directly with EVANIUM’s 12-person internal team, management, and external logistics providers.
• Continuously improve procurement and process workflows and help build operational structure.

What EVANIUM is looking for

• Completed vocational training or degree in operations, logistics, procurement, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in operations, logistics, procurement, supply chain, or administration.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize when multiple things happen at once.
• Solution-oriented, pragmatic approach with a bias for action and ownership.
• Fluent German and English (C1 level) in spoken and written communication.
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel/spreadsheets.
• Experience with ERP or process management systems is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for building processes and structures from the ground up and a motivated, curious mindset.
• Based in Regensburg (hybrid), full-time permanent role with flexible hours, home office options, and 30 days vacation.
