Dodo builds AI voice agents that answer phones and schedule for clinics. They’re venture-backed by YCombinator, at ~$1M ARR, and rapidly scaling across hundreds of locations (recently closed a ~200-site group, another ~200 in pipeline, and a ~1,000-site group entering trial). You’ll own onboarding and ongoing success for an initial cohort of ~20 clinics, diagnose issues, and ship fixes/config changes that keep agents reliable.
Day-to-day: stand up new clinics, monitor conversations, triage + resolve agent errors (e.g., wrong response, missed tool call), adjust prompts and configs, and make small product changes. You’ll be customer-facing ~40–60% and technical the rest; if you want to code more, there’s room.
