In this role, you will ship across the entire stack—from React and Next.js frontends to Node.js and Postgres backends—with high autonomy and direct impact on AI-driven user experiences.
What you'll do
- Ship full-stack product features across Delve's core app and AI-powered workflows.
- Translate high-level product goals into concrete backend and frontend implementations.
- Make smart tradeoffs among speed, scope, and UX with minimal handholding.
- Work closely with engineers and product across sprints to maintain velocity and alignment.
- Operate across the full stack, including React, Next.js, Node.js, Postgres, and ORM tools.
What Delve is looking for
- 2–4 years of experience building full-stack products in production environments.
- Strong proficiency across the frontend and backend stack, including React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Node.js, and Postgres.
- Ability to take a problem statement and independently own the solution through to shipping.
- Judgment to know when to move fast, when to ask clarifying questions, and when to polish.
- High-context execution, low ego, and a commitment to delivering results without drama.
