Enterprise AI Transformation Lead, DACH (Munich)

Dataleap is hiring an Enterprise AI Transformation Lead to run and scale AI-driven change across DACH from Munich, working directly with the founder and CEO to transform multibillion-euro enterprises into AI-native operators. You’ll act as a trusted strategic partner to C-suite leaders, build high-impact agent deployments, and help grow the regional team as Dataleap expands across Europe.

What you'll do

• Lead the rollout of Dataleap across DACH, operating from Munich and owning regional outcomes.
• Serve as the AI transformation partner to CEOs, CIOs, and Chief Transformation Officers of large enterprises.
• Run each account like a consulting engagement: stakeholder map, diagnostic, roadmap, rollout, and measurable outcomes.
• Diagnose where AI creates the most leverage and identify the highest-value use cases for each customer.
• Build the first agents yourself to prove value, then scale adoption org-wide.
• Host workshops, executive briefings, and strategy-oriented QBRs that engage leadership.
• Navigate complex internal politics to find champions, remove blockers, and expand impact.
• Work directly with the founder on regional strategy, key accounts, and team-building in Munich.
• Be the customers’ voice to product and engineering, prioritizing what they need and pushing back when necessary.
• Systematically automate your own role by building agents and workflows in Dataleap to eliminate manual work.

What Dataleap is looking for

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Tier-one consulting background (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Roland Berger, QuantumBlack) or equivalent transformation experience, or founder/AI-native company experience.
• Proven track record leading C-level engagements and running large-scale enterprise transformations.
• Deep hands-on experience as an AI power user: building agents, model selection, eval design, and integration architecture.
• Commercially sharp with experience in renewals, expansion, and multi-stakeholder revenue motions.
• Native-level German and based in Munich or ready to relocate.
• Extremely high agency, high energy, fast decision-making, and concise communication.
• Low ego, high ownership mindset with a willingness to do unsexy work to drive results.
• Visa: US citizenship/visa not required.
