As a Product Marketing Manager at Cosmon, you'll own go-to-market strategy and launch execution for our products, working on-site with cross-functional teams in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role matters because it connects product, sales, and market insights to drive adoption and revenue for Cosmon's solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with Cosmon's business goals.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
• Define and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and feature releases.
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth.
• Lead product launch planning and promotional activities to maximize adoption.
• Translate technical product features into clear customer benefits and messaging.
• Use analytics and performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
• Work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area as a full-time member of the team.
