Your Money Line currently has three open positions: * **Seasonal Tax Professional:** This is a remote, part-time, independent contractor role. Responsibilities include providing tax advice to participants, collaborating with the Financial Guide team, and assisting with resource development. The compensation is $40 per hour, negotiable based on qualifications, with an anticipated commitment of 5-10 hours per week to start. The contract completion date is April 15th, 2026. Required qualifications include 3+ years of tax experience, a current CPA, EA, or PTIN, strong communication skills, and comfort with digital tools. * **Director of Client Success:** This hybrid role reports to the COO and involves leading a team of CSMs, analyzing data, improving customer success processes, and driving revenue growth. The role requires 6-8 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with 3-5 years in a B2B or B2B2C SaaS environment. Experience in benefits, HR tech, financial wellness, or other participant-facing benefits environments is preferred. * **Software Engineer:** This hybrid position is located in Indianapolis, IN, and will play a key role in developing the Your Money Line platform. The Software Engineer will collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance the user experience. The salary range is $115,000 - $125,000 USD. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience building software and must meet requirements that include experience with Nextjs or React, GraphQL, Typescript, and integration with third-party systems.
