**Young Community Developers (YCD)**, a non-profit organization, is currently seeking qualified individuals to join its team. Young Community Developers is currently hiring for three positions: 1. **Student Success Coach-100% College Prep Institute:** The Student Success Coach will develop and maintain positive relationships with students, guiding them toward academic success. Responsibilities include facilitating weekly sessions, providing academic coaching, and helping students develop self-awareness and decision-making skills. The role also involves reviewing academic progress, connecting students with tutoring, and maintaining contact with families. This part-time, non-exempt position pays $25.00 to $30.00 per hour and is on-site. This role is located in San Francisco Public Middle & High Schools & 1201 Mendell St. Francisco, CA. 2. **Program Assistant-Transitional Employment Support Services (TESS):** The Program Assistant supports the daily operations of the Transitional Employment Support Services (TESS) Program by assisting with administrative and organizational tasks under the supervision of the Program Coordinator. This part-time and temporary (based on budgeting) position is a 6-month assignment. This non-exempt role requires 22.5 hours per week, in-person, Monday-Friday 9 am-1:30 pm with occasional off-hour assignments. The position is located in San Francisco, CA and pays $22.00/hour. 3. **Housing Specialist:** The Housing Specialist will provide direct services and administration of the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) OR Rental Housing Counseling (RHC). The Housing Specialist is field based and maintains direct contact with clients to ensure that households receive the appropriate level of wrap-around services and financial assistance based on identified needs.
