Responsibilities include creating a supportive atmosphere, providing mentorship, and communicating with families. The role involves overseeing dorm life, organizing activities, and ensuring student well-being. A Bachelor's degree is required. Candidates should possess a valid California Driver’s license or the ability to obtain one within two weeks of hire.
