The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Ink, Coating, Plates or Printing Industry. Strong math skills are also required. **2. Business Development Manager - Graphics:** This on-site position focuses on driving new customer acquisitions and expanding Wikoff’s presence in the graphics, flexographic, and narrow web markets. The Business Development Manager will identify growth opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with sales, technical, and manufacturers product teams. Key responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new customer opportunities within the graphics and flexographic printing markets. This position also requires building a pipeline of prospects, expanding penetration within existing accounts, supporting strategic growth initiatives, leading discovery conversations, developing tailored solutions, presenting Wikoff’s value proposition, supporting pricing discussions, maintaining accurate opportunity tracking, and collaborating across functions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemistry or Business, and 3-7+ years of experience in ink/printing, or a similar industry. **3. Flexo Plate Maker / Graphics Assistant:** This on-site, part-time paid internship is for high school or technical college students enrolled in a graphic communications, printing, or manufacturing program. Interns will gain hands-on experience with imaging, processing, and quality control in a professional prepress production environment. Learning objectives include hands-on technical experience, exposure to digital prepress and graphics, and professional skill development. The role includes learning how digital artwork is converted into photopolymer flexographic printing plates. Interns will also assist with imaging, developing, and finishing plates, support the graphics department, and develop problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills. The schedule is part-time and flexible, typically 10–20 hours per week, and the training is provided.
