Flexo Plate Maker / Graphics Assistant:** This on-site, part-time paid internship is for high school or technical college students enrolled in a graphic communications, printing, or manufacturing program. Interns will gain hands-on experience with imaging, processing, and quality control in a professional prepress production environment. Learning objectives include hands-on technical experience, exposure to digital prepress and graphics, and professional skill development. The role includes learning how digital artwork is converted into photopolymer flexographic printing plates. Interns will also assist with imaging, developing, and finishing plates, support the graphics department, and develop problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills. The schedule is part-time and flexible, typically 10–20 hours per week, and the training is provided.
