This role ensures accurate financial records, timely invoicing, collections, and payments using QuickBooks. The role requires experience with QuickBooks and experience handling both accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as strong attention to detail and accuracy, basic understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
