Assistant Office Manager (m/w/d):** This on-site position in Düsseldorf requires providing support for daily business operations. Key responsibilities include managing the daily flow of goods and customer orders, handling customer inquiries, preparing and shipping orders, managing warehouse inventory, overseeing invoicing and payments, providing administrative support to the National Sales Manager and the field sales team, maintaining relationships with local suppliers, preparing training events, generating sales reports, processing payroll and expense accounts, and managing office and warehouse spaces. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and preferably experience in a similar role. **2. Junior Buyer:** This is an on-site role. The Junior Buyer will play a key role in purchasing strategy and supply chain operations. Responsibilities include administering and maintaining purchasing standard operating procedures (SOPs), collaborating with the Production Planner to align with the 12-week production plan, placing and managing purchase orders for stock and non-stock items, maintaining and updating a master supplier database, developing "just-in-time" programs, attending supplier meetings, and supporting negotiations. Candidates should have experience with Sage Line 200 or similar systems, strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent time management and IT skills (Excel and PowerPoint), and a proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach. A degree in Business or Management is an advantage. **3. Marketing Assistant:** VetPlus is seeking a Marketing Assistant in Düsseldorf. This on-site position requires working with the Head of Marketing to execute the local marketing plan. The Marketing Assistant will translate and update marketing materials, manage local marketing material inventory, update competitor analyses, support social media platforms, participate in marketing meetings, support the planning and delivery of exhibitions and conferences, and maintain marketing administration. They will also spend approximately eight days per month visiting Vet practices across Germany. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a similar marketing or administrative role and proven administrative skills in a customer-driven environment. They must be fluent in written and spoken English, possess excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail, be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and have strong time-management skills. A full driving license, the ability to travel within Germany regularly, and the ability to travel internationally are required. Knowledge of the veterinary market or companion animals is an advantage. The positions utilize a variety of technologies and skills. The Assistant Office Manager role requires skills in organizational skills, customer service, inventory management, order processing, administrative support, relationship management, sales reporting, and payroll processing. The Junior Buyer role utilizes Sage Line 200, interpersonal skills, communication skills, time management, IT skills, Excel, PowerPoint, and a proactive approach. The Marketing Assistant role utilizes marketing support, translation, event planning, inventory management, social media management, CRM administration, communication skills, time management, attention to detail, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and requires veterinary knowledge.
