The Processing Team Member reports to the Warehouse Assistant Store Manager. This role involves efficiently processing donated goods into priced, sellable merchandise. The individual must commit to the company's mission of establishing sustainable centers for alleviating poverty and multiplying disciples in third-world environments, embodying company values, being organized, having department knowledge, and evaluating merchandise quality. This role requires the ability to stand for up to 4 hours and lift up to 50 pounds, depending on the department. The position requires 8-40 hours per week, with minimal local travel, except for monthly staff meetings. Duties include providing customer service, sorting and pricing items, meeting processing goals, and providing backup for receiving when needed. The Retail Associate - Cashier reports to the Retail Assistant Store Manager. This role drives profitability through customer engagement and retail sales excellence. The individual must commit to the company's mission of establishing sustainable centers for alleviating poverty and multiplying disciples in third-world environments, embodying company values, being organized, having a positive demeanor, and possessing sufficient technical skills for point-of-sale systems. The position requires 8-40 hours per week, with minimal local travel, except for monthly staff meetings. Duties include providing customer service, cashier duties, opening/closing procedures, housekeeping, and merchandising. All open positions are on-site in Vestavia. The Receiving Team Member is required to work outside in all year-round temperatures. **1. What are the key responsibilities of a Receiving Team Member?** A Receiving Team Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, unloading donor vehicles, inspecting items, maintaining the donation area, removing trash, and retrieving furniture. **4. What are the duties of a Processing Team Member?** A Processing Team Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, sorting and pricing items, meeting processing goals, and providing backup for receiving when needed. **5. What are the main responsibilities of a Retail Associate - Cashier?** The Retail Associate - Cashier is responsible for excellent customer service, cashier duties, opening/closing procedures, housekeeping, and merchandising. **6. Where are the open positions located?** All three open positions are located in Vestavia.
