Utmost is currently hiring for three on-site positions: * **Partner & Client Services - Swedish Market:** The Account Officer – Swedish and Norwegian Market assists in processing servicing activities for Swedish and Norwegian policies. Responsibilities include providing daily support to Partners, Clients, and Sales colleagues, handling daily workload, processing policy transactions, following up on transactions and queries, managing risk, and ensuring service standards are met. This role requires experience in the Financial Sector with a minimum of 2 years’ experience and native-level Swedish and fluency in English are a must. * **Market Leader - BeLux - Partner & Client Services:** This role leads a multilingual operations team, overseeing new business, policy servicing, and partner/client-related queries for the Belgian and Luxembourgish markets. Responsibilities include guiding and coaching the team, ensuring operational consistency and regulatory compliance, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in life insurance or financial services operations, proven team leadership skills, and fluency in Dutch and French, with a strong command of English. * **Project Manager:** The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the initiation, planning, execution, and delivery of projects. Responsibilities include developing and managing project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project goals, identifying and mitigating project risks, facilitating project meetings, and communicating project status to stakeholders. Candidates should have a Bachelor or Master’s degree, at least 5 years’ experience in project management in the financial sector, and experience running complex IT-related projects.
