Currently, United Aesthetics Alliance has 3 open positions available: * **Med Spa Manager:** This on-site role focuses on clinical expertise with administrative and leadership duties at the Swan Center for Plastic Surgery. Key responsibilities include clinical oversight, partnership with the Practice Manager, people leadership, staff recruiting and training, regulatory compliance, quality control, policy development, patient consultations, and business strategy. Required qualifications include 3+ years in aesthetics or wellness industry management experience and a degree from an accredited university is strongly preferred. * **Plastic Surgeon:** Located in Edina, MN, this on-site, full-time (40+ hours/week) position requires performing cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. Responsibilities include a broad range of procedures, including facial, breast, and body contouring, as well as non-surgical aesthetic treatments, patient evaluations, treatment plan development, and adherence to clinical protocols. The Plastic Surgeon will report to the UAA Executive Team and receive a 40% commission on net collections after the ramp period. * **Med Spa Director:** Similar to the Med Spa Manager position, this on-site role combines clinical expertise with administrative and leadership duties at the Swan Center for Plastic Surgery. The Med Spa Director will be responsible for clinical oversight, partnership with the Practice Manager, people leadership, staff recruiting and training, regulatory compliance, quality control, policy development, patient consultations, and business strategy. Candidates should have 3+ years in aesthetics or wellness industry management experience and a degree from an accredited university is strongly preferred.
