Schedule: Full-time (40+ hours/week), Monday–Friday with scheduled call rotation

Reports To: UAA Executive Team

Compensation: 40% commission on net collections (post ramp period)

Position Summary

The Plastic Surgeon will provide high-quality cosmetic and reconstructive surgical care while building long-term patient relationships through comprehensive consultation and individualized treatment planning. This role requires a commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and ethical medical practice, along with collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a broad range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, including:
  • Facial procedures: facelift, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, and related surgeries
  • Breast procedures: augmentation, reduction, and reconstruction
  • Body contouring: liposuction, abdominoplasty, and body lift procedures
  • Non-surgical aesthetic treatments as appropriate
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and consultations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and ethical guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, advanced practice providers, nursing, and support staff
  • Stay current with advancements in plastic surgery techniques and technologies


Qualifications
  • MD from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
  • Active or eligible Minnesota medical license
  • Strong surgical skills and clinical judgment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented approach to care
