The role requires the candidate to be available to work weekends, holidays, extended shifts, and shutdowns when required. * **Tool & Die Supervisor:** The Tool & Die Supervisor role involves overseeing tool and die operations to support high-quality production of powertrain components. Key responsibilities include supervising tool and die makers, overseeing maintenance and repair of dies, ensuring tooling meets automotive standards, scheduling toolroom work, troubleshooting die issues, training team members, managing spare parts inventory, implementing continuous improvement projects, and ensuring safety compliance. Applicants should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in tool and die work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. A high school diploma or GED is required. * **Tech Support Spec 2:** This on-site position involves diagnosing and resolving technical and end-user problems in a customer-service-oriented environment. The Tech Support Spec 2 will install, maintain, and support software, hardware, and peripherals on local and wide area networks and provide administrative support. The position will be on the afternoon shift.
