The available positions are: * **Peer Support Worker - Alberta:** This part-time, permanent position requires a Peer Support Worker Certification. The role involves providing practical, emotional, and social support to individuals facing mental health challenges, substance use, housing instability, or other barriers. The primary work location is community outreach in Red Deer, with a home office, with a secondary work location of the Open Door Group/ETHOS office at 4728 Ross St, Red Deer. The salary is $24.31 to $25.93 per hour, with 20 hours of work per week. Flexible scheduling is available. * **Client Service Manager:** This full-time, permanent, exempt position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Social Work, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, as well as 3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role with accountability for people performance and results. The role involves ensuring high quality, client-centered services. The primary work location for this position will be the Open Door Group office at 900 - 1200 Burrard Street, Vancouver but will have secondary work locations of all Open Door Group sites in the Vancouver area as needed. The salary range is $66,500 to $81,500 annually for 36 hours of work per week. The internal posting closing date is January 30, 2026. * **Community Engagement Coordinator:** This full-time, permanent role involves cultivating strategic partnerships through community outreach activities. The Community Engagement Coordinator will work to promote service awareness and identify ways Open Door Group services can support shared client needs. The primary work location for this position will be the Open Door Group office at 200-250 West Pender Street, Vancouver but will have secondary work locations of all Open Door Group sites in the Vancouver area as needed. The salary is $30.20 to $31.89 per hour and requires 36 hours of work per week. The internal posting closing date is January 30, 2026.
